芜湖市科技创新服务中心是隶属市科学技术局管理的社会公益类科技事业单位。“中心”内设办公室（科技综合服务部）、科技信息咨询培训部、科技交流合作部、科技信息研究部4个部室。拥有专业技术人员20人，其中高级职称6人，中级职称9人。

    “中心”按照“整合资源、创新方法、提升服务、促进发展”的原则，全力打造以提升区域自主创新能力为目标的科技创新公共需求服务平台。“中心”正建成科技成果发布和展示平台、科技创新资源（网上）共享平台、科技成果转化服务平台，产学研互动平台、大型仪器设备共享平台等，将以丰富的资源、科学的精神、公正的态度面向社会各界开展多功能、社会化、综合性的科技信息研究，科技宣传、统计、咨询、培训，科技成果展示、交流等工作，竭诚为全市科技自主创新的发展提供高效、及时、准确、优质的服务。

    Wuhu City Hi-Tech Innovation Service Center is a science and technology institute for public benefit under the administration of Wuhu City Science and Technology Bureau. There are four departments in the Center: Administration Office (Hi-Tech Comprehensive Service Dept.), Hi-tech Information Consultation & Training Dept., Hi-Tech Communication & Cooperation Dept., Hi-Tech Information Research Dept.. 20 professionals work in the Center among whom 6 are of senior professional title and 9 are of middle-rank professional title.
    Based on the direction of “integrating resources, innovating techniques, upgrading service and promoting development”, the Center is striving all the way to build a hi-tech service platform for public demand aiming at upgrading regional independent innovation capability. The Center is now constructing the Platform for Hi-Tech Achievements Releasing and Exhibition, the Platform for Hi-Tech Innovation Resources (network) Sharing, the Platform for Hi-Tech Achievements Incubation Service, the Platform for Industries, Universities and Research Institutes Interaction, the Platform for Large-scale Instruments and Facilities Sharing to provide highly efficient, prompt, accurate and excellent service of multi-functional, socialized and comprehensive work of hi-tech information research, hi-tech popularization, statistics, consultation and training, the exhibition and communication of hi-tech achievements, for the development of hi-tech independent innovation of Wuhu City with our abundant resources, scientific and fair attitude of work.
